Each quote has a status that shows where it is in your workflow — from first draft through to accepted, declined, or converted.
- Draft (grey)
- The quote has been created but not yet sent to the client.
- Sent (blue)
- The quote has been emailed to the client. They can view, accept, or decline it.
- Accepted (green)
- The client has clicked Accept on their quote. You can now convert it to an invoice.
- Declined (red)
- The client has clicked Decline. You can update the quote and resend if you want to negotiate.
- Expired (amber)
- The "Valid Until" date has passed and the quote was not accepted. You can reinstate it with a new expiry date if needed.
- Converted (purple)
- The quote has been converted to an invoice. The quote shows a link to the resulting invoice.
Reinstating an expired quote
If a client comes back after a quote has expired, go to the quote, click Actions → Reinstate quote, and set a new expiry date. The quote will go back to Sent status.
